Who We Are

fatbaby Bakes is a micro bakery based in Ringsend, Dublin. Founded by Kieran Clifford, a New Yorker who lived in Dublin for over 20 years who couldn't find a decent bagel in Ireland and decided to fix that. Every bagel is made by hand using the traditional New York method. Boiled first, then baked. No shortcuts, no compromises.
